Our Sessions
We offer sessions for every level. Private and group sessions are available. Each group is a maximum of 5 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

I have been training with Mr. James Darby for nearly eight years. My training sessions with him are both demanding and fun, and I always look forward to them. Working out with James is empowering. I am a middle-aged cancer survivor with arthritis but I always leave our sessions feeling energized and strong. He knows my abilities and pushes me hard enough to grow but ensures I don’t push to injury. He knows how to make a workout interesting, and has a seemingly infinite repertoire of exercises. James is very knowledgeable about the human body, how it moves, and how to get the best out of someone. He has a great approach, which he tailors to the needs of his client.
